I loved her debut, The Henna Wars, and it left me excited about what she would be writing next. Enter Hani and Ishu’s Guide to Fake Dating, which I think I loved even more. It strikes that same perfect balance between tones sweet and serious, while also exploring the ways in which intersectional identities shape individual experiences.
